Terms of sale

The seller is AIjentra (艾景特科技). What you buy is the Pelican Moto Full Game for the web, a digital item.

It's a one-time purchase that is yours to keep: no subscription, and we don't sell items, currency or upgrades. The price is shown before you pay; it's $9.99 for your language and region.

The Full Game unlocks all tracks, the Pro and Hell leagues and the two Full Game bikes (Bonefish 900 and Pouch Rocket V2) in the web version. It does not include the Steam version, which is sold separately on Steam.

The licence is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share or distribute it.

Your recovery code (PELI-XXXXX-XXXXX) is your proof of purchase and unlocks the Full Game in any browser. Anyone who has it can use it, so keep it to yourself.

We keep improving the game, so content and balance may change with updates. The version online is the current one.

Privacy

Your career save and unlock status live only in your browser's local storage. They are never uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data deletes the save; the Full Game can be unlocked again with your recovery code.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number or other payment details. Stripe keeps the email address you enter so it can send your receipt; we don't keep a copy of our own.

On our side we store only your recovery code, the Stripe order number, what you bought and when. There are no accounts: no name, no email address, no password.

When you open checkout, we use the country Cloudflare detects from your connection to choose the currency. We don't store it. To stop abuse, our payment server counts requests per IP address in memory for about a minute and doesn't write it down.

The site and game are hosted on Cloudflare, and fonts are served from our own site, not a third-party font service. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies.

Full refund within 7 days

Within 7 days of buying, email [email protected] with your recovery code (PELI-XXXXX-XXXXX), and we'll refund you in full.

The money goes back the way you paid. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank, card issuer or WeChat Pay.

After a refund, the Full Game is locked again and the recovery code stops working. The free tracks and your save stay.

If it has been more than 7 days, or you were charged twice, write to us anyway and tell us what happened.

Steam purchases follow Steam's own refund policy.
