Yes. It runs in the web browser on phones and tablets as well as computers, with no app to install. Turn your phone sideways: steering sits bottom left, and hit, gulp and nitro sit bottom right. The throttle stays on by itself, so your thumbs are free to fight. If your phone runs hot, switch Graphics to Battery Saver in Settings.

The throttle is ↑ or W. Steer with the arrow keys or A and D, and hit the rider beside you with Z (left) or X (right). C steals the weapon of whoever is next to you, and Space fires Fish Nitro. Finish in the top 3 to clear a track. You earn cash from prize money and knockouts, then spend it on bikes and gear between races.

Yes. Connect an Xbox, PlayStation or other standard controller and press any button. RT or A is gas, LT or B brakes, LB and RB hit left and right, Y gulps, X fires nitro and Start pauses. Menus work with the D-pad too. In browsers that support it, the controller rumbles on hits and crashes.

Your career, cash and garage are saved in this browser on this device. There's no account and nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser's site data, or playing in a private window, loses that save. A Full Game purchase is different: it's tied to your recovery code, so you can unlock it again in any browser, although career progress stays on the device where you earned it.

Use your recovery code, which looks like PELI-XXXXX-XXXXX. The game shows it right after you pay, and it's also in the Stripe receipt that is emailed to you. In the game, open the Full Game screen (tapping any locked track does it), choose Already bought? Restore Purchase and enter the code. It works on a new phone, in another browser, or after you've cleared your cache.

Yes, within 7 days of buying. Email [email protected] with your recovery code and we'll refund you in full, back to the way you paid. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or WeChat Pay. After a refund, the Full Game locks again and the code stops working, but the free tracks and your save stay. Past 7 days, write to us anyway.

A Steam version for Windows, macOS and Linux is in the works. It will be the complete game with no paywall and no in-game purchases, and we'll link the store page here once it's live. Web and Steam purchases are separate: a web recovery code doesn't unlock the Steam version, and a Steam copy doesn't unlock the web one.

Pelican Moto is available in 10 languages: English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français, and Русский. The game starts in your browser's language, and you can switch at any time in Settings. This website works the same way: pick your language from the menu at the top of any page, and the game link will open in that language.

No. Pelican Moto is an independent game inspired by the motorbike brawl racers of the 1990s, the kind where you fight other riders at full speed. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Electronic Arts, which owns Road Rash. The birds, tracks, art and soundtrack in Pelican Moto are all original.

The web version needs an internet connection to load, and to buy or restore the Full Game. Once a race starts, it runs entirely in your browser, so a patchy connection won't cost you the race. There's no offline install of the web version. The Steam version is designed to run without a connection.

It's slapstick cartoon violence. Birds bonk each other with frozen fish, umbrellas and baguettes, feathers fly, and whoever falls off climbs straight back on. There's no blood, no injuries and nothing gory. The game has no chat, no ads and no online players. It hasn't been through an official age rating yet, so parents may want to watch a race first.

Everything that the free trial locks. That means the last 2 tracks, Neon Docks and Lighthouse Cliffs, plus the Pro and Hell leagues where the prize money grows and the rivals get faster. You also get 2 more bikes, Bonefish 900 and Pouch Rocket V2. Any progress you made in the free trial carries straight on.

Keep moving. Officer Honk can only arrest you if he catches you down on the road or crawling along, so the worst thing to do is crash while he's behind you. His bike is always a bit faster than yours, so burn Fish Nitro to pull away, or knock him off his bike. After a while he gives up and heads home.
